Requested School Supplies 2007-2008

All supplies on this list are being requested to support the instructional activities.   Whatever you can provide from the list is helpful.   However, the school supplies are not a requirement.   If you are unable to purchase any of these supplies, please contact a staff member at the school.   All supplies must be labeled with the student’s name.

 

KINDERGARTEN

8 large glue sticks                                                                                1 bottle liquid glue

Child sized scissors (Fiskar brand preferred)                                  2 boxes 24 crayons

1 pack dry erase markers (Expo brand preferred)                           1 pack markers

1 pack stickers (character or seasonal preferred)                            1 pack pencils

1 composition book (Ms. Doyle, Ms. O’Brien, Ms. Parsons, & Ms. Preston’s class)

1 spiral notebook (Ms. Baisey’s class)                                       1 pocket folder

1 backpack                                      1 pack small or large non-wax coated paper plates

We would greatly appreciate any of the following items as donations to our classrooms:   tissues, hand sanitizer, gallon sized zip bags, sandwich sized zip bags, snack sized zip bags, bottled hand soap, band aids, cap erasers, plastic spoons.

 

FIRST GRADE

24 pencils                                                                 12 glue sticks

1 pair of scissors                                                      2 boxes (16-24 count) crayons

1 supply box (For Ms. Silovich, Ms. Foley, and Ms. McKeever’s class)

1 soft-sided three-ring binder (Ms. Silovich’ class)

1 one-inch hard-sided binder (Ms. Foley and Ms. McKeever’s class)

2 composition books (For Ms. Silovich, Ms. Foley, and Ms. McKeever’s class)

4 plain pocket folders (no designs) 1 red, 1 green, 1 purple, 1 yellow (please do not put names on them)

Donations of the following items for class use throughout the year are appreciated:   tissues, hand sanitizer, magic markers, dry erase markers, gallon size baggies (boys), sandwich size baggies (girls)

SECOND GRADE

1 pack sharpened pencils                                                                  Scissors

24 pack crayons                                                                                    3 large glue sticks

5 wide ruled, 1 subject spiral notebooks                   1 two-pocket folder with holes

1 4-pack large dry erase markers (low odor)                                  Supply box

1 pack construction paper                                                                   1 large eraser

We will be taking donations for the following items:   Tissues, band-aids, quart or gallon Ziplock bags, paper plates, brown paper lunch bags

                                  

THIRD GRADE

2 jumbo glue sticks                                                                         Scissors

4 spiral notebooks                                                                          1 highlighter

Crayons                                                                                             1 large eraser

Green ball point pen                                                                       3 dozen #2 pencils

4 folders (1 red, 1 yellow, 1 green, 1 blue)               Pencil supply bag (no boxes)

We will be taking donations for the following items:   tissues, sandwich and gallon size bags, hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes.   No:   plastic supply boxes, pencil sharpeners, or binders at school

 

FOURTH GRADE

 

1 dozen sharpened pencils                                Scissors

1 highlighter                                                             2 packs wide ruled notebook paper

1 black & white composition book                    1 pack colored pencils or crayons

1 8-12 pack water based markers                        Glue stick(s)

1 clip board                                                              1 large zippered supply pouch

5 single subject, wide ruled spiral notebooks (purple or black-math, red-word study, green-social studies/science, yellow-writing, blue-reading)

5 pocket folders (purple or black-math, red–word study, green–social studies/science, yellow-writing, blue-reading)      

1 pocket folder (any color) for homework

Optional:   Pencil sharpener, pack of notebook paper for home

No:   plastic supply boxes or binders at school

 

We will be taking donations for the following items:   tissues, gallon and sandwich sized zip-lock bags

 

FIFTH GRADE

4 packs loose leaf paper                                         3 spiral notebooks

5 folders                                                                       Pencils

Colored pencils                                                          Glue sticks

Scissors                                                                        Hard bound composition book

The following items are not required, but we feel these items would help very much in a student’s organization for the model that we have:   Zippered or closable 3 ring binder for paper, notebooks and folders, pencil pouch to fit in binder

We will be taking donations for the following items:   Washable markers, gallon and sandwich size Ziploc bags, tissues, hand sanitizer, cleaning or antibacterial wipes
