Pre-paid information is helpful to parents so they can purchase meals ahead and will not have to worry about their children forgetting or losing their money. parents may put as much money on their child's account as desired. The computerized accountability system, in each food service area, will deduct the purchases the child makes, daily from the child's account. If parents want to purchase meals only, they must indicate this stipulation on the check they make out to the school cafeteria. Otherwise, the money will be placed on the child's account to be used for a variety of food purchases. All cafeterias participate in an internet online prepay program. Online purchases may be made at http://www.cafeprepay.com and the payment will be credited to the student's account the morning after the parent prepays. It couldn't be easier!
School Meals
School meals offer less fat, salt and sugar. School-made pizzas are made with low fat mozzarella cheese and luncheon meats made of turkey. Tacos, hamburgers and spaghetti sauce are made from low fat beef. A choice of fresh fruit and tossed salads are offered daily.
