GREEN VALLEY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PTA

GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING, MAY 8, 2007

The Meeting was called to order at 6:54 pm by President Kathy Wright.

The Objects of the PTA were read by Kathy Wright.

Treasurer’s Report: Current balance: $16,011.61

President’s Report: Proposed change to the by-laws was voted on and approved by the membership. The change was proposed to allow for quorum at all executive board meetings.

Membership: Laura Willett and Yvonne Schroeder were awarded Lifetime Achievement Awards from the PTA.

Elections: The slate for the 2007-2008 Executive Board was presented and approved as follows: President – Kathy Wright

Vice-President – Diane Gagne

Secretary – Jamie Dailey

Treasurer – Karen Burroughs

County Council Rep – Beth Mondonedo

Announcement: Next Executive Board Meeting – June 7, 2007, at 6:30 pm.

Meeting adjourned at 7:12 pm.
