Buy a Seat Campaign!

Becky Selzer, a student at Middletown High School, has developed a “Buy-a-Seat-Campaign” for her senior project. With a goal of 100 individual theater style seats for the new planetarium, she has accepted a daunting task. Becky has mailed over 500 letters to area individuals and businesses and is planning to speak at three events throughout this school year to solicit support. If you would like to “purchase” one of the new seats, a $300 contribution will help her reach this goal. A special plaque will highlight your contribution along with recognition on the donor wall as a “Volcanic Visionary.” For more information call the Earth and Space Science Lab, 240-236-2694.
