Parents, Are you looking for resources on something that you or your child is having difficulty with. Below are parent resources that are available for your use through the school. All you have to do to sign them out is print your name on the card inside the cover and place it in the red card file box that is located on top of the bookcase. If you need help with locating or signing out these materials, please feel free to contact Sarah Fawley, Guidance Counselor (240-236-1756) or Jennifer Harbaugh, Community Liaison (240-236-1746) and we will be glad to assist you.

Volunteering
Helping your child realize the value of education is extremely important. Your presence at school is one way to show your love and encouragement. We want to create an educational environment in which students are given the opportunity to reach their full potential, and the academic, social, and developmental needs of each student are met. We are looking for volunteers to help us with that awesome task.

How You Can Volunteer
There are many ways that you can volunteer here at Emmitsburg Elementary School. Just a couple of ways are:
Volunteer in the classroom
Prepare materials, such as cutting, gluing, etc.
Be a guest reader in a classroom
Work with individual students or a small group of students
Work at home preparing materials
