School Visits
Please remember to sign in and wear a name badge when visiting the school for any reason. All visitors are required by law to stop in the school office.
Change of Address or Telephone Number
This is a reminder to parents that if you move or change telephone numbers during the school year, please notify the school office of the change in writing. If you have moved, we require a proof of residency for the new address for the student’s file. If you move out of the Deer Crossing district an “Out of Attendance Area” form would need to be completed and approved for your child to continue to attend school at Deer Crossing Elementary.
Car Rider Reminders
Thank you for your help to ensure the safety of our students. Please remember that students should never be dropped off in the parking lot. Also, we ask that you remain in your vehicle for both drop off and pick up. Students should be ready to enter and exit the car on their own.
Reserved/Handicap Parking Spaces
This is a reminder that the reserved parking spaces are assigned to staff members. Also, please do not violate the law by parking in the handi-cap spaces for convenience.
