BES-PTO Meeting Schedule 2007-2008

BES-PTO meetings are held in the school Media Center and begin promptly at 6:30pm (except when noted below). Light refreshments provided.

Meetings are open to all parents and community members. Parents and community members who have joined the PTO membership (ages 18 and over) will be able to participate in the business matters of the PTO.

Anyone who wishes to be placed on the Agenda for the meeting should do so either via email April (aesocher@gmail.com), or by phone 301-834-8963.

Meeting dates are subject to change; however, the tentatively scheduled dates are as follows:

November 13, 2007
December 11, 2007
January 8, 2008
February 19, 2008 *****4pm
March 11, 2008
April 15, 2008
May 13, 2008
June 3, 2008

If you are a designated chairperson of a committee, you are required to attend at least two meetings prior to, and one meeting following your event/activity, to provide a project report. If you are unable to personally attend, you will need to appoint a committee member to represent you and provide the report at the meeting.
