5th Grade Supply List

2009 - 2010

Loose-leaf notebook paper – 2 packs
2 dozen No. 2 pencils with erasers (no mechanical pencils)
5 solid-color pocket folders (yellow, blue, green, red, purple)
5 1-subject spiral notebooks
Crayons, markers or colored pencils
Scissors (Fiskars are preferred, but not required)
Glue stick or bottle
Red Pen(s) or Red Pencil(s)
2 boxes of tissues
2 packs of 3 x 5 index cards
1 highlighter
1 supply box or zippered bag
Donations of the following appreciated:
2 boxes of zip-loc bags (2 different sizes if donating 2 boxes)
1 container of anti-bacterial wipes or baby wipes for computer lab

These are the requested materials for your child in 5th grade. If you are unable to provide them, please contact the school and we will provide these materials for your student.
