Ski Club

Skiers and Snow Boarders!
It is that time of the year! We are getting those students who are interested in being a part of the ski club. The club takes 6 trips to Ski Resorts where we ski for the evening and arrive back at school before 11:00pm. We are taking 5 trips to Liberty and 1 to Whitetail. You have to purchase a nightclub card that we offer at a discounted rate to be eligible to ride the bus. If you are a BCMS student, you can ride for free. Other students and parents have a $20.00 fee that covers all the trips. The dates that we are going are:

January 11th departure @ 4:00 arrive back before 11:00
January 22nd departure @ 4:00 arrive back before 11:00
February 1st departure @ 4:00 arrive back before 11:00
February 11th departure @ 4:00 arrive back before 11:00
February 22nd departure @ 3:00 arrive back before 11:00
March 7th departure @ 4:00 arrive back before 11:00

Feb. 22nd ski trip is on a 2 hour early dismissal day so we can leave earlier. This trip is our only trip to Whitetail this year. BCMS students have priority for bus slots but extras will be open to middle school students and high school students that have been previous members. Pick up your paper work from Ms. Driggers in room 180 or e-mail her for more information at karen.driggers@fcps.org All forms and money are due to Ms. Driggers by Oct. 31st 2007.

The BRAVO Club meets the 2nd Tuesday of every month in Room 175 from 3:15 - 4:15 p.m.

The meetings will involve a program about veterans, parents MUST arrange transportation home for students and be on campus ready to leave soon after meeting adjourns. Permission slip required for students to participate in the BRAVO meetings, NO EXCEPTIONS!
