Students from Mr. Wisnouse's science class display their Motor Motion projects (shown above). The students created battery-powered vehicles from scratch.

These two students from Mr. Williams' Problem Solving class designed a mouse trap vehicle as a class project. Using only CD's, a mouse trap, hanger, string, dowel rods, wheels, tape and glue, the girls were able to get their vehicle to travel an amazing 22 feet!

David Kudla, Vice President of Quality Assurance for Advancis Pharmaceuticals, came to speak to an eighth grade science class about the pharmaceutical industry and how chemistry relates to the students' every day lives. The second picture shows the interactive quiz that the students took at the end of the presentation. Mr. Kudla has two daughters that attend Ballenger Creek Middle School.
