Hi! I am Desiree Harbaugh and I really excited to start my teaching career off at Thurmont Elementary. I love the small community and enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains. Although I am a Frederick native, I look forward to learning more about the Thurmont community.

I attended Rider University in Lawrenceville, New Jersey, where I played softball and graduated in May of this year with a double major in elementary education and psychology.

I love playing, as well as watching, all kinds of sports. In my free time I enjoy listening to music, going to the beach, and spending time with my friends and family.
